zhousha	9cd1c49d10	Replace main.py with vLLM adapt-task batch submitter (fanyi account) Port logic from submit_validation_only_ppu_zhoukaile.py into the strategy-deployable framework (health/status HTTP server, STRATEGY_ID env, SIGTERM handling).
