fix(build): 恢复26e6cb40完全一样的Dockerfile结构——5个独立RUN层

26e6cb40的Dockerfile证实能build成功并得分。
原封不动恢复那个结构，不做任何修改。
patch_ops.sh已有cd+fallback，launch_server.py已有全路径覆盖。
