Additional Use Grant: You may make production use of the Licensed Work,

|
free of charge, only if you are:

(a) an individual acting in a personal capacity; or

(b) using the Licensed Work solely for

|
non-commercial research, academic, teaching, or
|
|
paper-reproduction purposes; or
|
|
(c) an organization that, together with its
|
|
affiliates, has total annual gross revenue of
|
|
less than US $1,000,000.

Any other production use — including any use of the
|
|
Licensed Work in, or in support of, a commercial
|
|
product, a hosted or managed service, or any
|
|
revenue-generating activity — requires a commercial
|
|
license from the Licensor.

This grant covers only the Licensed Work as

|
distributed. It conveys no license to Sipsa Labs'
|
|
patent-pending compression and reconstruction methods,
|
|
and no license to any pre-compressed model artifact
|
|
distributed separately by Sipsa Labs (each such
|
|
artifact is governed by its own accompanying license).

|
compression and reconstruction methods, the production compression trainer,
|
|
and the pre-compressed model artifacts distributed by Sipsa Labs are NOT part
|
|
of the Licensed Work and are licensed separately. See PATENT_NOTICE.md.
