Licensed Work: UltraCompress — the source code in this repository,
comprising the `ultracompress` Python package: the
verifier, benchmarker, and command-line interface that
operate on published artifacts.
The Licensed Work is (c) 2026 Sipsa Labs, Inc.
Additional Use Grant: You may make production use of the Licensed Work,
free of charge, only if you are:
(a) an individual acting in a personal capacity; or
(b) using the Licensed Work solely for
non-commercial research, academic, teaching, or
paper-reproduction purposes; or
(c) an organization that, together with its
affiliates, has total annual gross revenue of
less than US $1,000,000.
Any other production use — including any use of the
Licensed Work in, or in support of, a commercial
product, a hosted or managed service, or any
revenue-generating activity — requires a commercial
license from the Licensor.
This grant covers only the Licensed Work as
