### What this PR does / why we need it?
DS don't have 'AscendAttentionMetadataBuilder' class so will fail in
fullgraph.
We resolved the issue by modifying the code to only check for
'GDNAttentionMetadataBuilder ', while all other attention cases follow
the default branch.
