update GLM4.7 doc. Fix configuration issues,
including:VLLM_ASCEND_ENABLE_FLASHCOMM1、VLLM_ASCEND_BALANCE_SCHEDULING、VLLM_NIXL_ABORT_REQUEST_TIMEOUT
etc.
