Nagisa125 fbd5d0fd55 [Doc][Misc][v0.18.0] Updated the document configuration for DeepSeek-V3.2 (#7970 )

### What this PR does / why we need it?

To avoid misleading users, the unmaintained DSV32 models, such as the
floating-point model, are deleted from the document.This PR removes the
BF16 version entries for DeepSeek-V3.2 from the documentation.

### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?

No.

### How was this patch tested?

Documentation update only.
