[misc]Add Kimi-K2 series to CI model list (#5656)

### What this PR does / why we need it?
Add the model to CI for subsequent addition of nightly test cases:
- moonshotai/Kimi-K2-Thinking
- vllm-ascend/Kimi-K2-Instruct-W8A8

### How was this patch tested?

- vLLM version: v0.13.0
- vLLM main:
