* Refactor online recognizer.
Make it easier to support other streaming models.
Note that it is a breaking change for the Python API.
`sherpa_onnx.OnlineRecognizer()` used before should be
replaced by `sherpa_onnx.OnlineRecognizer.from_transducer()`.
