"Commercial Use" means any use of the Software in exchange for monetary compensation, or any use that directly or indirectly generates revenue, including but not limited to: SaaS platforms, APIs, paid applications, business automation, consulting services, or integration into any product sold or licensed to third parties. "Personal Use" means use by a single individual solely for private, non-commercial, non-organizational purposes. This attribution is legally required and must be preserved in all distributions and derivative works where permitted.
